Ordered a 13″ nautical lantern online. Easy ordering process, arrived via FedEx just a day later (I’m only one state away), the price was good, and the lantern itself is exactly what I’d hoped for. Quality is good, and it arrived well packed. Although great care was taken in packing the lantern (box within a box, padding everywhere) the glass globe arrived cracked due to rough handling. Called Vermont Lantern, immediately got a person on the phone, explained my situation, gave the order number, and they’ve already shipped out a replacement globe free of charge.
